I have been renting from Senator's for alnost a year, as a business owner, and it has been a wonderful experience! I give high recommendations for anyone considering moving their business here. Sharry is an encourager, attentive, and very accommodating-- she recognizes everyone's needs and situations are not cookie cutter-same. Communication is clear, responses are prompt. Issues are solved ASAP. I havd always felt that Senators is kept up well, with thoughtful, high-quality improvements & updates to the property. I'm very happy to be part of the Senator's business family!
There are not enough words to express my love and gratitude for Sharry and this amazing place. My brother lived here for a little over three years until his passing. Sharry was nothing short of a blessing to me and my brother. Sharry loved and cared for him for all of his days there. He had a bad back and knees and she did EVERYTHING she could to accommodate him with these issues. Sharry and this place is a safe haven to anyone who walks through their door. Everyone is treated equally with the same kindness and compassion and she will do whatever she can to accommodate them and their needs. God Bless Jackie Myers
I stayed here for 7 months and had an easy and comfortable time. Sharry is responsive and generous. The property is peaceful and clean. 10/10 would stay again if I were lucky enough to get a spot!
Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent home away from home for those transitioning to the CU area. Access to shared kitchen and great shopping nearby. Safe area and excellent hiking paths. Sharry is attentive to everyone’s needs. Meticulously maintained. Kitchen and shared bathrooms cleaned and sanitized daily. Affordable and awesome long term too. I have lived at the INN for a year now and concur with all the prior Positive Reviews. Not only the building is a unique comforting space to live, the neighbors within the mansion are equally awesome. Sharry Ile the owner addresses everything before it can possibly become an issue. You won’t regret a decision to stay here long term, nor short term. Sharry will accomodate your needs!

I ran my business here for almost 8 years. I LOVED renting my spot! Not only is this a beautiful and well-kept and clean space, but the atmosphere is very comfortable and peaceful. It is at this place that I found my zen, every day. The residents are friendly and quiet, and the staff are wonderful. Any time I needed something they were there to help or answer any questions. Not to mention, my clients all loved the space too! They all loved coming to visit, because they felt welcome and safe. I wish I didn’t have to leave when I did, I miss the Inn dearly!
Sharry worked with me from beginning to end to make sure my stay was the best experience for a short term stay place. The people living there were great. Respectful of everyone else and kept common areas clean. If you need temporary short term or a place as a base because of a lot of travel that is reasonable, safe for your belongings, and has more of a family type atmosphere then this is your place.
I have had my business in the Senator's Inn for 17 years. The owner, Sharry, is probably one of the most decent people you will ever meet. The place is meticulously clean and repairs are quick--always. If you need an extended stay or a place to have your business, I highly recommend the Senator's Inn. The building is very safe and secure. Something I really value in today's world. I wouldn't be here for 17 years if this were not the case as well as all the other long-timers! We love it here!!!
